Wrexham Hospice and Cancer Support Centre

TACP were appointed as Project Managers, Architects, Interior Designers, Landscape Architects and Quantity Surveyors as a result of winning a design competition amongst leading North Wales Architectural Practices for a new Hospice and Cancer Support Centre. The conceptual design was developed through care philosophy, spatial and design concepts to achieve a high quality environment which is essential for the quality of life of the patient.

The building is fully integrated into its landscape setting with light and airy interiors to create a relaxed and inviting ambience. The design incorporates a variety of environmental and energy control measures to achieve a well balanced and integrated solution for a cost effective and user friendly building. The Centre is now operational and caters for out-patients, in-patients and support services.
