Heart of Wales Business Park

Client: WDA Mid Wales

TACP were successful in winning a design competition for masterplanning and setting the design standards for a high quality business park strategically located gateway site on the outskirts on Llandrindod Wells. TACP adopted an holistic approach to the design involving in-house architects and landscape architects to create an optimum site layout, determine the distinctive style of building and form, integrated with high quality landscape proposals establishing a corporate identity for future marketing of the "Heart of Wales" Business Park.
