TACP Interior Designers and Architects are currently involved in a partnering scheme with the Welsh Development Agency and Delta Plc. The project involves the construction of a new Research and Development centre which will spearhead Deltas construction program. The process that the design team adopted involved the following key stages;

• Brief Development
• Site Analysis
• Concept
• Concept Development

The primary aims of the development being the creation of a new base from which to develop the Electrical division of Delta's products and to provide a prestigious and credible 'shop window' for the engineering capabilities which would be on display to their 'blue chip' OEM clients.
