St. Asaph Business Park

Client: Rhuddlan Borough Council

TACP were commissioned by Rhuddlan Borough Council to produce a design policy document for the development of the St. Asaph Business Park.

The aim of the document was to establish clear guidelines for determining future planning applications and development proposals. The design policies evolved key design principles for skilled interpretation by designs and sought to create exciting opportunities and considerable scope for individuality within a broad design framework.

Design guidelines included hard and soft landscape and public realm, architecture, services and parking.
