To meet the ever increasing need for historic buildings to serve as modern facilities, we were appointed to refurbish and re-model this key building within the civic centre area of Cardiff. The Law Courts and main public areas had to be handled sensitively to meet the stringent requirements of Grade I listed building status. This commission also included restoration work to the fabric of this prestigious building.
