Guest Keen Memorial Hall

Dowlais, Merthyr Tydfil

Client: The Trustees Guest Keen Memorial Hall Sports & Social Club

TACP were commissioned by the Trustees as architectural consultants for the general upgrading and restoration work of the external fabric of the Guest Keen Memorial Hall, Dowlais, Merthyr Tydfil. The restoration work included concrete and stone repairs, renewal of slated roofs and leadwork, renewal of all windows and overhaul of the existing drainage system. The work also included external landscape work to the forecourt area of the hall.

The restoration work was funded by grant aid from Mid-Glamorgan County Council.
