Rhyd-y-Blew Feasibility Study

TACP undertook this project to establish an appropriate development strategy for this key inward investment site at Rhyd-y-Blew, Ebbw Vale. The project included the development of land re-profiling proposals, strategic landscape and environmental mititgation measures, and the preparation of design detail parameters. This involved extensive consultations with statutory and community organisations that resulted in the development of a preferred strategy which optimised the development potential of the site, and facilitated the unlocking of adjacent areas for commercial development. The land re-profiling and landscape works have now been completed.
