City Centre Fringe

Client: Cardiff Bay Development Corporation

A planning study for the interface between the Cardiff City Centre and northern boundary of Cardiff Bay's designated area. An urban design strategy was evolved including environmental improvements along this gateway site for the city and Development Corporation. The development proposals encompassed a variety of land use and urban design strategies and now form the basis of a working document for this area.
