Our landscape design service is rooted in our team’s broad experience and practical knowledge. From early stage concept development through planning submission and discharge of conditions we work with project and client teams in an integrated manner to deliver exciting landscapes. Through detailed design our expertise in both planting and hard landscape ensures concepts and principles are realised, whilst working within scheme budgets and programme.
Residential
We offer a complete range of services from site planning to concept and detailed design through to aftercare and long term management plans. These elements of the process are being applied to a range of projects from social housing, speculative estates, individual residential properties of varying scales and apartment developments.
TACP often provide a range of disciplines from Landscape Architecture, Arboriculture and Ecology from our in-house resources. There is an increased requirement for landscape architects and ecologists to work seamlessly in todays planning processes providing ecological surveys to inform the site plans and landscape design, with aftercare management. We provide that under one roof in a co ordinated and efficient manner.
The wide range of residential projects we have experience in continue to ensure we are able to respond positively to new challenges in the residential market. We are also able to assist in marketing material through presentation material such as visualisations and plans.
