With a strong reputation in geospatial analysis, environmental planning, landscape architecture, ecology, arboriculture and construction site support, we are committed to shaping better places through collaborative, evidence-based design, analysis and monitoring.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior or Principal Geospatial Consultant and a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Geospatial Technician to join our dynamic team. These is a key roles supporting a wide range of projects across geospatial analysis, environmental planning, landscape architecture, ecology, arboriculture and construction site support. The senior role will lead the development and delivery of geospatial solutions with a focus on GIS and CAD, manage spatial data, contribute to strategic decision-making across the business and manage a team of GIS professionals.

The successful applicant will:

  • Produce high-quality maps and geospatial data visualisations for reports, presentations, and planning submissions using GIS and CAD software. 

  • Assist in the collection, processing, and management of geospatial datasets. 

  • Support geospatial workflows and contribute to geospatial analysis tasks. 

  • Maintain and update geospatial databases and project files. 

  • Work collaboratively with consultants across disciplines to deliver integrated project outputs. 

 

​The Geospatial Consultant role will also be required to;

  •  Lead geospatial – GIS and CAD - input across multidisciplinary projects, ensuring high-quality geospatial analysis and mapping.

  •  Develop and manage spatial databases, tools, and workflows to support project delivery, including survey forms and maps.

  • Provide technical leadership, management and mentoring to junior geospatial team members.

  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate geospatial solutions into environmental assessments, planning applications, and design processes.

  • Innovate and improve geospatial capabilities, including automation, web mapping, and data visualisation.

  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies as required.

  • Lead the preparation of tenders and actively engaging in business development
